PECO's "Slimline" is a versatile, small footprint divider/diverter/ejector that employs a continuous flexible rail to divide, divert, eject or sample a broad range of open or closed, hard or soft walled containers into multiple lanes or a rejection lane. The Slimline's continuous rail provides the transitional stability of a slat type diverter with the economy and shorter conveyor length requirements of a push-pad ejector/diverter. Open containers are divided or ejected smoothly without spillage and, unlike slat type diverters, broken glass and shattered containers continue to move on the flexible rail in a jam free operation without damage to the diverter.
