Inspection Options
The Gamma 101 Fill Level Monitor inspection options include: Missing, Cocked or High Cap, Missing Foil and Tamper-Evident Band placement.
Cost Effective
System Integration
The Gamma 101 readily integrates with any of PECO's automatic sampling, “dud” detection, vacuum/pressure monitoring or container inspection systems. When PECO's flexible ejector or diverter systems are in place downstream; integrating multiple inspection systems reduces cost and space requirements

High Speed, “Quick Change” and Heavy Duty Ejectors and Diverters Offer the Flexibility to Handle any Size Container.
PECO offers a full range of conveyor or pedestal mounted ejectors and diverters for efficient removal of any size container, case or tray at full line speeds.
PECO's “Quick Change” Ejector and Diverters minimize the time required for changeover on multi-product lines. Changeover time is reduced even further when a “Quick Change” Diverter is employed in combination with the automatic height adjustment assembly available as an option on PECO’s inspection equipment.
Easy to Set-Up and Use
The Gamma 101 inspection unit features an easy to use “touch” sensitive keypad and easy to see vacuum fluorescent display for data entry and retrieval. The keypad and display are mounted on the all stainless inspection unit enclosure or on a remote terminal when the inspection unit must be mounted close into machinery or an area where space is limited.
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
The Gamma 101, like PECO’s other inspection, monitoring and ejection or diversion systems, offers the option of providing inspection or rejection parameters and results via a serial interface to a host PC. Data can be logged and printed, and reports provided on demand or at regular intervals. Tracking performance over time can forecast maintenance and in effect reduce down time and repair costs.
