PECO's Sample-Trac II is a sampling system that automatically tracks identified containers through rotary machines, including: seamers, fillers or cappers and ejects them as samples at a downstream location. The versatile Sample-Trac II Controller can be combined with PECO's extensive line of ejectors and diverters to insure that any size or shape of container can be removed swiftly and efficiently without jams or disruptions. A single Sample-Trac can automatically sample either of two synchronized machines; for example, a can filler - seamer combination. Choice of Language and Multiple Product Memory The Sample-Trac II's multiple product memory stores sampling parameters for up to eight products. An operator can choose English, French, German, Katakana or Spanish to interface with the Sample-Trac II's operating system and it's comprehensive diagnostics program.
Sampling at full line speeds after a rotary machine (seamer/capper) yields samples that are representative of the process. Automatic sampling at full line speeds maintains the uniform transfer of cans through the nitrogen stream on liquid nitrogen dosed filing lines.
PECO's "Second Generation” Sample-Trac system, which automatically samples containers at predetermined time or count intervals, has a documented history of reliability. The new Sample-Trac’s user-friendly operating system allows an operator to sample a position or a revolution “on-demand” without interfering with the auto-sampling program. Automatic, “Hands-Off” Sampling Eliminates Slow-Downs The Sample-Trac II allows frequent and regular sampling of critical machines on high-speed lines without slow-downs and the downtime required to sample and count back to the source. Automatic or “hands-off” sampling saves time and reduces risk to operators and inspectors. A full range of ejectors provide for the swift and smooth removal of containers from high-speed production lines without disruptions or jams. Sample station overload protection can be provided by a conveyor condition sensor that ensures that samples are only taken when space is available. Production and sampling data can be read and/or conveniently transmitted to a host PC for SPC via built-in RS232 or RS422 serial interface. The Sample-Trac II's new operating system and on-board diagnostics make setup and operation both faster and easier than any competitive system.

PECO’s Model EJH-MHD is a unique Ejector/Diverter, designed and engineered to insure quick “change-overs” of five minutes or less. The EJH-MHD readily handles a broad range of container shapes and sizes at speeds of 1500 cpm. Continuous Flex-Rail Ejector/Diverter/Divider Model EJH-FRD PECO’s Model EJH-FRD is a versatile Ejector/Diverter/Divider that employs a continuous flexible rail to eject, divide, divert or sample a broad range of hard or soft walled containers at speeds of 500 cpm.
 High Speed Can Ejector/Diverter Model EJH-DGS PECO’s Model EJH-DGS is designed and engineered to insure continuous trouble-free operation in harsh operating environments. The EJH-DGS eliminates sampling slowdowns on high speed lines and ejects or diverts at speeds of 2400 cpm. High Speed Ram Ejector Model EJH-ST PECO’s Model EJH-ST is a compact ejector, with a small footprint, engineered to ensure continuous trouble-free operation in harsh operating environments. The EJH-ST works well with a wide variety of containers and packages ejecting at 1600 cpm.
